They are high in the good kind of fats. I live on the Gulf Coast, and last summer, we had an entire weekend of free Christian concerts...out on the beach. Oh my gosh, but singing along with Chris Tomlin and Michael W. I make a lot of wrap type sandwiches and love to add avocodo to those, especially good on a turkey wrap. I put it chopped onto tacos and other Mexican style dishes...it's good in an omelet with feta and roasted red peppers....also good sliced on a bagel and I might add feta and red pepper to that too.
