Nutella Ice Cream Cake

Well, I invented an ice cream cake for my Mom's birthday! It was delicious!

Nutella Ice Cream Cake

Filling:
1 Half Gallon Chocolate Ice Cream (slightly softened)
1 whipped topping
1 jar nutella
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Crust:
1 c. crushed cornflakes
Half stick butter
T. sugar

Pat crust into bottom. Mix filling well (use potato masher)
Drizzle chocolate over top for pretty!
I used my medium spring form pan. It worked great!
Freeze overnight for best results.

Yummmoooo!

I heard from someone who was there that this was very very good. But nobody froze a piece to save for me. Poor me!
