Caffeinated Randomness: Fall coffee...2 ways...

So as not to disappoint those of you dearies who love the random coffee pictures...here's a Fall coffee pic...lovely.  Makes you think of a calm moment outside amid the crunchy leaves...sipping some hot Java while your delightful angelic children romp in the glorious hues of autumn.  *sigh*

Yeah, well....my Fall coffee today actually looks like this....
...my favorite red chofa (chair/sofa), Psalm 46:10 mug of coffee...my Bible reading (gotta say I'm not really loving Lamentations), mending (little holes in little things)...and the current bio enroute reading (spoken from the heart)....

So, how do you do your Fall coffee!?  If it's like the ideal above...tell me gently!  I think I'm going to buy a second little rake...so they can share in the joy of raking this weekend.  Hehehe!

Coffee kisses to ya'll today!!

The third chapter of Lamentations has always been a blessing.

I think for most of us real life is more like the second photo, though I like looking at the "ideal" ones, too.

Yes, the first photo is beautiful but um...no. My coffee has never, EVER looked like that.

Usually I, 1) can't find where I put my cup of coffee down because I carry it around the house while I am taking care of three children under five and put it down when I am distracted which is pretty much all of the time and 2) often must be reheated several times during the morning for the above reason.

Perhaps in another season of life, my cup my look like the one above but I"m guessing that when it does, I will miss when it didn't. :)

Blessings to you this weekend, Sweet Bobbi! :)

I'm now laughing at Natalie's comment as my coffee always looks like hers. I'm looking forward to day that my MIL spoke to me about at her last visit - after the kids got on the bus, she would pour herself a cup of coffee sit at her table and do nothing until it was done. Oh, what a dream to look forward to in 4 years. :)

In regards to sharing the rake, let me know how that works for you. I'm the raking person around here and we finished up a month ago. We are now waiting for a our first snowfall to melt away. Thanks for sharing again my friend!
