I was surprised to discover my salsa plant had produced a nice, long,
beautiful pepper. I have
no.idea. what to do with it...too hot to put in the salad...no ripe tomatoes to turn it into a mini bowl of salsa...
Maybe I'll slice it up and freeze it for later...Any other ideas?

I say freeze it and save it for later. I love good salsa!
I'm not a hot pepper fan...but I LOVE the daisies :)
Fry it up with taco meat or steak fajita meat. Spice it up
